Raised in a “Real Estate family” in Grimsby, Ontario, Phil has long been immersed in the culture of putting the needs of his clients first.

Prior to his Real Estate career, Phil graduated from Niagara College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. During his studies, Phil achieved the prestigious Ontario Global Edge Award and was awarded the opportunity to work for the Caribbean Export Development Agency in Barbados performing market intelligence research to identify new market opportunities for its members. After graduating, Phil began his professional career at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce where he developed experience in mortgage financing. Joining The Golfi Team seemed like a natural progression from all his years growing up in the family business.

Buying or selling a home can be an extremely emotional time for people and Phil prides himself in taking the stress out of the process. As Phil sees it, “A home is the biggest investment you’ll make. But it’s also so much more. A home is about raising a family or being part of a community. It’s the cornerstone of your life.”
