The Niagara Region in Ontario is a treasure trove for wine lovers, and I couldn’t resist a weekend escape to its rolling vineyards. I started at Inniskillin Wines, where their world-famous ice wine left me speechless – sweet, crisp, and perfect with a charcuterie board.
Next, I pedaled along the Niagara River on the scenic Niagara Parkway, a stunning route dotted with historic sites and lush greenery. Lunch was at The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette, a farm-to-table gem in Jordan where every bite felt like a celebration of local flavors. I wrapped up my day in charming Niagara-on-the-Lake, strolling Queen Street’s boutique shops and sipping a latte at Balzac’s Coffee Roasters.
The blend of nature, wine, and small-town vibes makes this region a must-visit!
