Four properties at the corner of Brant Street and Churchill Avenue in Burlington are the site of a new 12-storey residential redevelopment vision.

Kleo Isaias, president of two corporations that bought 1069 Brant in January 2013, then purchased 1073 and 1077 Brant as well as 2015 Churchill in June 2019, said in a Nov. 21 email, “we are in the process of obtaining approvals from the City of Burlington to construct a 12-storey residential building with commercial on the ground floor.”

City staff said on Nov. 21 they had not yet received a development application. An estimated timeline for demolition of the existing structures was not available from Isaias by publication deadline for this article.
