Hi! I'm Kristyn Livermore, the Director of Westend Hypnosis.

As an entrepreneur, mom, wife, friend, golfer, colleague, and student—I wear a lot of hats. Life is an adventure, whether I'm at the hockey rink, on the pickleball court, or relaxing dockside at the cottage.

You might be where I was when I first discovered hypnosis—overwhelmed, stressed out, and constantly overthinking every decision. I often turned to food for comfort, feeling trapped in a cycle where nothing seemed to work.

Hypnosis taught me how to tap into my unconscious mind, helping me achieve my goals with ease. It gave me proof that change is possible. Just like the thousands of people who've transformed their lives with hypnosis, I learned to move through emotional states without turning to food, build genuine confidence, and pause before reacting. I even lost 50 lbs and finally started liking who I saw in the mirror.

After training with Hypnosis Training Canada, joining the international Master Hypnotist Society, and working part-time at Burlington Hypnosis Centre, I founded Westend Hypnosis.

Westend Hypnosis is a proud member of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce and the Capillary's Holistic Education Crew.

Now, I have a clear purpose and a mission to help others achieve human betterment. The more I learn about myself and humanity, the more freedom I gain—and the more I can help my clients break free from old habits and move closer to the life they truly want to live.
